“Turn Key has done an outstanding remodel job at our apartment. Lance is very upfront about the schedule and the cost and the lead Jose is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the remodel and very accommodating about the real time changes we needed to make, Augusta the detail person’s job is excellent also. The excellent work is paired by that they were there everyday from the promised start day until the job was done, even with the added scope that would required the electrician to return. Our remodel include complete kitchen gut and install (IKEA cabinets), partial bathroom, and add down lights throughout with an added circuit, replace all outlets and switches and complete apartment painting and baseboard touchup (after wood floor refinish by another contractor). We are appreciative of the excellent finished work and will enthusiastically recommend Lance and his Turn Key team for any remodeling work.”
